Dovly AI is designed to help you understand, monitor, and improve the accuracy of your credit report using intelligent analysis and a strategic dispute process. Our system works behind the scenes to identify potential issues, guide next steps, and submit disputes in a responsible and compliant way.
At this time, all dispute activity through Dovly is handled with TransUnion only.
What Dovly AI Does
Dovly AI reviews your TransUnion credit data to help:
Identify potential inaccuracies or questionable items
Determine which items may be eligible for dispute
Prioritize disputes based on potential impact and effectiveness
Submit disputes strategically based on your membership plan
Rather than submitting disputes all at once, Dovly AI focuses on a measured, targeted approach designed to work within TransUnion’s investigation process.
How Disputes Are Submitted
Dovly AI submits disputes only to TransUnion and does so based on:
The data available on your TransUnion credit report
Your selected Dovly membership plan
System-driven prioritization to avoid unnecessary flags or delays
This approach helps ensure disputes are submitted accurately, responsibly, and in a way that supports long-term credit report accuracy.
Dispute Limits by Plan
The number of disputes submitted each month depends on your plan:
Free Plan: 1 dispute per month to TransUnion
Essential Plan: Maximum disputes sent to TransUnion each month
Premium AI Plan: Maximum disputes sent to TransUnion each month
Dovly AI automatically manages dispute pacing and prioritization within these limits.
Monitoring & Alerts
Dovly AI also supports credit monitoring by tracking changes on your TransUnion credit report. When updates occur—such as new accounts, balance changes, or dispute results—you’ll be notified in the app so you can stay informed.
Monitoring features vary by plan.
What Dovly AI Does Not Do
To set clear expectations, Dovly AI does not:
Guarantee the removal of negative or accurate items
Submit disputes to multiple credit bureaus
Instantly change your credit score
Replace creditor reporting or lender decisions
Dispute outcomes are determined by TransUnion and the information furnishers, not by Dovly.
Understanding the Timeline
Once a dispute is submitted, TransUnion typically has up to 30 days (and in some cases up to 45 days) to complete an investigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Some disputes may resolve sooner, while others require the full review period depending on complexity and response times.
Our Commitment to Transparency
Dovly AI is built to support you with clarity, education, and realistic expectations. We are committed to:
Clearly explaining how our system works
Communicating dispute updates through the app
Operating within credit reporting laws and bureau guidelines
Continuously improving how we help members understand their credit
Our goal is to empower you with tools and insight—not confusion or false promises.
